Players participate in sanctioned competitions such as PISL, I‑MODEL, YRSL, TOSL and other recognized leagues, ensuring meaningful match exposure and regulatory compliance. The program combines professional coaching, position-specific development, physical preparation, and tactical education with a clear seasonal structure that includes league play, showcases, and targeted breaks. Through international partnerships, including collaboration with West Ham United Foundation and other professional clubs, players gain access to elevated training standards, scouting visibility, and long-term pathways toward higher levels of competition.

🎯 What is Team Hammers? Team Hammers is WHFCT’s elite academy team program for youth players aged 7 to 16. Developed in partnership with the West Ham United Foundation, the program combines weekly high-level training, competitive matches, and personal development — aligned with the standards of English Premier League academies.

• ⚽ 4.5 hours training sessions per week

• 🏟️ Match Day (League, Friendlies or In-House Games)
